I am triathlete, marathoner and sports & lifestyle influencer. I run the blogger healthyfitmum.com and the Instagram @Kerllenrego since 2012 where I share my daily motivation and top tips for sports and for a healthy lifestyle.

Having a busy routine wasn’t an excuse to not work out. I am one of the minority that love to train. The workout is part of my schedule. I don’t think about working out, I just wake up and I go. I take it very seriously. It’s the time that I have for myself. It’s my “me time”. As I know that everyone should have your own time to do something nice for you I wants to inspire all of you to become active. 


RUNNING


Running is everything for me. When I run I plan my day, I think of my life, of my family, of my projects; every time that I get home after running I have new ideas, it’s just like a brainstorm.

I started running around the village. Nowadays everyone from the village knows me as the mum who runs pushing a buggy. 

Running helps you to burn calories, get fit. It’s a stress relief, it’s wonderful for your heart, for your brain, for your health. Running helps me in every single way. Even with my family .

Because of my passion for running, I became an inspiration runner for many people. I love to give them some advices, and I have been featured in many press to talking about running and to give them some top tips. 

Today I am glad to be from the London marathon Social media and an ambassador of many races including Royal Park Half, Bournemouth Marathon Festival and so on. 


TRIATHLON


One of the best and most addicting forms of competition consisting of swimming, cycling, and running all at varying degrees of distances. 

The triathlon came to my life from an ambassador  invitation in 2017 since then I have been addicted and I have been invited to be an ambassador to many races including the Paris Triathon.

MISSION

My mission statement as it is right now: Help others to transform fear & uncertainty into mindful openness,  joy and a healthy lifestyle.
